URGENT: Cottonwood Ave. is currently being paved and has fresh tar and oil. This street has been barricaded off as no traffic is allowed through. We have reports of vehicles, including 18-wheelers going through this freshly paved street. This is not only damaging the new street but can also damage your vehicle. We ask all residents to avoid this street until the barricades have been removed. If you have any questions reach out to City Hall at 956-262-2122. Thank you, Administration
